I had a decent stay overall at the hotel. The location is fantastic, right next to Paulista Avenue and close to a subway station, which made getting around easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable but a bit simple and lacked a window. On the downside, the service wasn’t up to par as the staff didn’t speak English well and couldn’t provide helpful information about transportation options. The dining was quite basic as well, which left a bit to be desired.
